Cherished minds offers flexible work arrangements to help with work life balance. All staff have options available to them both as an ongoing arrangement and to call on when needed.

Ongoing Training Opportunities

Cherished minds provides a supportive environment and opportunity to grow your clinical skills. Each psychologist receives regularly scheduled individual supervision with the director or senior psychologist, usually occurring every two weeks. We also have scheduled peer supervision once a month for the team to get together and discuss cases. Training sessions are held once a month by our senior psychologist or one of the team to ensure we are always learning new skills. Each employee receives an annual budget to go towards external PD. Lastly, monthly staff meetings and weekly roundup emails ensure everyone is in the loop with clinic news.

Renumeration

Renumeration is based on experience. The interview process allows applicants to put forward their desired renumeration for consideration.
